Yes, the boardwalks in Yellowstone National Park are pretty busy right now...That's to be expected, this time of year. If you can, take yourself off of the beaten path with a hike or a fly fishing excursion...Believe me, your memories of Wonderland will be much more vivid, if you do. Enjoy! :)

Unbelievably, there's still some snow visible in Yellowstone National Park. Granted the snows down low probably came from a few days of cold weather this past weekend; but, the snow melt appears to be taking longer this year. Inside the canyon, the Firehole River was still a bit chunky; but, the rest of river looks great. Get out there and fish The Park this week! :)
We're having a second day of beautiful sunshine in southwest Montana...a rare occurrence, this spring. So, what do you do?...Go fishing, of course. The Madison River in Yellowstone National Park would appear to be the best bet today. Get out and enjoy! :)
Tomorrow is supposed to be cloudless and in the mid-sixties...a perfect day to hit the Firehole River in Yellowstone National Park. Spring this year is turning out to be pretty goofy (lots of cool, cloudy, and wet weather); so, take advantage of tomorrow's warming trend. See you on the Firehole! Bring your yellow Sally nymphs. :)
